BOSSDRIFT | Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing BOSSDRIFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use or access the game. Use of the service constitutes a legal agreement between you and the Bossdrift Team.

02. User Conduct & Naming Policy

Selection of inappropriate usernames is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to names that are:

Hate speech, discriminatory, or racially offensive.
Sexually explicit or suggestive.
Impersonating staff, developers, or other high-profile users.
Profane or vulgar in any language or slang.
Asking for in-game or real life currency, or items
Attempting to meet in real life

Penalty: Staff reserve the right to reset your name, ban your account, or purge your leaderboard entries without warning.

03. Fair Play & Cheating

Bossdrift is a competitive skill-based game. To maintain a fair environment for all players, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

Third-Party Software: Use of any hacks, scripts, aim-bots, or external tools to modify gameplay.
Macros & Automation: Using scripts or hardware macros to automate turns, coin collection, or drifting.
Exploitation: Intentional use of map glitches, physics bugs, or server vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Data Manipulation: Attempting to modify local storage, network traffic, or currency values.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Detected cheating results in a Permanent Leaderboard Ban and total currency reset. We utilize automated detection systems to monitor physics inconsistencies and suspicious gain rates.

If you encounter a bug or glitch, please report it to the development team immediately. Do not exploit it for personal gain.

04. In-Game Currency (Coins)

Coins earned in Bossdrift are virtual points and have no real-world cash value. They are non-transferable and may not be traded for real currency. We reserve the right to reset or modify coin balances in the event of database errors, exploits, or balance updates.

05. Limitation of Liability

BOSSDRIFT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or any issues arising from the use of the game on incompatible hardware (e.g., older iPads).
